Boost Your Strategy with the Power of AI

Tailored Program, In-person or Online

The strategy game has changed forever. Are you ready to keep up?

CEOs, executives, and business leaders are discovering that traditional strategic planning is too slow, too shallow, and too outdated. The drivers of this shift?

In the last few years things have changed – dramatically. CEOs, executive teams and managers realise they must reset how they undertake business strategy. Among the drivers of this change are:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) – generative AI tools like ChatGPT are rewriting the rules of what’s possible.
  • Volatility – shocks and surprises in the business environment are now the new normal.
  • Stakeholder Power – “dependencies” are reshaping how management must think and act.

At this exclusive event, you’ll discover how to harness AI to make your strategy faster, richer, and more rigorous – so you don’t just survive the changes, you own them. The program will show you how to adopt AI to move with the times and come out on top.

Your Outcomes

The streamlined, fast-paced, interactive, one-day program shows you how to employ AI to:

  • Identify Your Dependencies
  • Recognise Impactful Industry Changes and Trends
  • Strip Back Your Business Model to Uncover Value

Workshop Modules

The workshop is divided into six interactive modules which cover strategy’s major phases strategic analysis, strategy design and strategy execution. Each module addresses a specific issue by:

  • Describing the problem
  • Undertaking a workshop exercise with AI
  • Providing an AI use case
  • Rounding out the session with discussion.

Module 1: Who Do You Depend on for Success?

Stakeholders are now front and centre in modern strategy design, shaping outcomes more than ever before. But the challenge remains: how do you identify them successfully, and which ones truly qualify as “key”? Relying on guesswork or outdated models is no longer enough. This module demonstrates how AI transforms the discovery and selection process, providing sharper insights, faster analysis, and clearer priorities so you can focus your strategy on the stakeholders who really matter.

Module 2: Recognising Impactful Industry Changes and Trends

Strategic planning teams struggle to think beyond the boundaries of their own industry and personal experience. This narrow lens can limit creativity and blindside organisations to emerging opportunities and threats. In this module, we demonstrate how AI can break through those barriers. By harnessing AI’s unique ability to brainstorm and generate fresh perspectives, you’ll discover how to conduct more effective scanning that incorporates a dynamic cross-industry view thus broadening horizons and strengthening foresight.

Module 3: Stripping Back Your Business Model to Uncover Value

The challenge for strategic planning teams is to identify where AI can create value within their own organisation – whether through automation, augmentation, or optimisation. Many opportunities are embedded in overlooked internal functions. AI can systematically analyse a company’s business model – especially the links between value propositions, channels, cost structures, and revenue streams. The output is a clear map of processes that can be either automated to reduce cost or enhanced to increase revenue.

Module 4: Executing Strategy via Functional Action Plans

A recurring obstacle in strategy is the inability to translate high-level strategy into clear, functional action plans. Departments are often unclear as to which tasks genuinely move corporate strategy forward and which simply occupy resources. This results in a misalignment between strategic ambition and operational delivery. We show you how AI can assist by helping teams articulate precise business questions and then prioritise only those actions that are both strategically significant and operationally realistic.

Module 5: Leveraging Performance Outliers for Strategic Advantage

Executives often miss the opportunity to learn from outlier events – unexpected spikes or dips in operational or customer data that fall outside the norm. AI excels at identifying and analysing outliers in complex datasets, e.g., a sudden tripling of sales, consistently perfect customer feedback scores from a particular channel, a process that outperforms expectations under certain conditions. AI can also trace causal pathways, simulate scenarios, and generate new ideas.

Module 6: Spreading AI Practices Throughout the Organisation

A major challenge in AI adoption is ensuring that valuable insights, lessons, and practices are retained and scaled across an organisation. In many cases, successful AI applications remain isolated by being dependent on a single team, individual, or project and fail to inform broader transformation efforts. This closing session is an open forum with participants. It’s designed to surface reflections on how AI practices can be embedded into daily work and how to build corporate memory to preserve and spread successful applications over time.
